optical measurements
We measure with own devices macroscopically and microscopically own and foreign products of our customers in order to qualify them and to find unknown parameters. Measured can be among others inter alia viewing angle brightness reflection transmission polarization retardation MURA spectral resolution Gamut CRI and combinations of optical values, for example, by angle, area, temperature or humidity. These services are availed on B2B basis of both specific projects as well as independently.
vacuum processes
For analysis and tests, feasibility studies and small series vacuum proceeses can be prepared and performed in different sized chambers and setups for pressure levels down to 10 – 9 mbar. Such processes under vacuum can be combined with a big variaty of physical and/or chemical procedures like vapor deposition, plasma etching, cleaning, reactive mixing and many other.
plasma processes
In the field of plasma physics, we offer measuring techniques to examine special lamps and other plasma-based functional elements electrically and optically. Thus, the examined materials or components are put into a defined plasmatic state and measured electrically respectively visually depending on the requirements. Again, we are in a position to implement the theory practically for prototypes and serial production in our own facilities as well as with partners in the back end.
